We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@sunclassy.be within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Await Instructions: We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@sunclassy.be within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

• Your order number.

• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
